Chiropractors
Dr. Robert Shire
Dr. Shire became a chiropractor in 1999 after graduating cum laude from Life University in Georgia. He also completed a fellowship with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and became certified in the Webster Technique. Although Dr. Shire cares for patients of all ages, he has a particular interest in prenatal chiropractic to help moms-to-be experience the healthy and happy pregnancy they deserve.

Georgina Genovese, PT, DPT
Georgina Genovese earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Carroll University in Wisconsin.
Her passion is pelvic health, and other interests include performing arts and orthopedics. She has experience working with a wide variety of pelvic health conditions, professional dancers/performers, and general orthopedic conditions. She is currently the Clinical Coordinator of the Pelvic Health Program at Spear, overseeing mentoring and continuing education for her pelvic health team. She is consistently seeking out opportunities to learn and grow her knowledge.
